PartsBazar360 is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction through a transparent and equitable return process. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are facilitated. All customers are advised to review these terms prior to finalizing a transaction.
Requests for returns or refunds must be formally submitted within a thirty (30) day period following the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the merchandise must remain in its original, uninstalled condition and be returned in its primary packaging, inclusive of all components and documentation.
Delivery of incorrect items or specifications not matching the order.
Receipt of goods that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Identification of inherent manufacturing faults.
Merchandise that has been installed, utilized, or modified in any capacity.
Claims initiated beyond the thirty (30) day post-delivery eligibility window.
Items returned without their original manufacturer packaging.
Errors in procurement attributable to the buyer, such as incorrect vehicle make, model, or year selection.

Upon validation of the request, instructions for the logistics of the return will be provided.
Following the receipt and forensic inspection of the returned merchandise, PartsBazar360 will issue a formal notification regarding the status of the refund. Approved refunds are remitted to the original payment instrument within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
Administrative Disclaimers:
Logistics and shipping expenditures are strictly non-refundable.
In instances of buyer error, the customer assumes full liability for return shipping costs.
PartsBazar360 shall not be liable for ancillary costs, including but not limited to labor, installation, towing, or vehicle rentals.
Orders may be cancelled only prior to dispatch. Once a shipment has been initiated, the order is subject to the standard Return Policy. Immediate notification of cancellation intent is required.

While we strive for precision in product descriptions and pricing, we reserve the right to rectify errors and cancel orders influenced by technical inaccuracies. Prices are denominated in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes.
All proprietary content, including logos and text, remains the exclusive property of PartsBazar360. Our liability is capped at the purchase price of the specific product in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
