By completing the seller registration process and utilizing the vendor services available at partsbazar360.com, the Seller unconditionally acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein.
PartsBazar360 operates as an open multi-vendor marketplace and welcomes applications from the following categories of vendors:
Authorized automotive parts dealers, distributors, and wholesale suppliers.
Industrial components, equipment parts, and machinery suppliers.
Consumer electronics and accessories retailers.
Clothing, apparel, and lifestyle product vendors.
Any legitimate commercial entity or individual offering genuine, accurately represented products for sale in compliance with UAE legislation.
All applicants are subject to a formal review and approval process prior to account activation.
Upon activation of a seller account, all registered vendors on the PartsBazar360 platform are contractually required to:
List exclusively genuine, accurately described, and legally compliant products with verifiable specifications and supporting documentation where applicable.
Provide high-resolution product imagery, correct manufacturer or OEM part numbers, and precise vehicle or product compatibility data within each listing.
Maintain transparent, competitive, and accurate pricing denominated in UAE Dirhams (AED) at all times.
Process all confirmed orders and arrange dispatch within the agreed operational timeframe communicated during the onboarding process.
Respond to buyer enquiries and support requests in a timely and professional manner.
Honor all legitimate return and refund requests in strict accordance with the PartsBazar360 Refund and Return Policy.
Maintain accurate, current, and up-to-date inventory records to prevent order cancellations, fulfilment failures, or buyer dissatisfaction.
Notify PartsBazar360 promptly of any changes to product availability, pricing, or business operations that may affect order fulfilment.
The following categories of products and seller conduct are strictly prohibited on the PartsBazar360 platform and constitute a material breach of this Policy:
Counterfeit, replica, misrepresented, or non-genuine merchandise of any nature.
Stolen, unlawfully obtained, or otherwise illegally sourced goods.
Hazardous, unsafe, defective, or restricted items that contravene UAE federal or emirate-level health and safety regulations.
Products that violate any applicable intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, or copyrights.
Listings containing false, misleading, deceptive, or incomplete product information.
Any conduct intended to manipulate buyer reviews, ratings, or platform performance metrics.
Engagement in any form of activity that disrupts, damages, or undermines the integrity of the PartsBazar360 platform or its buyer community.
Confirmed violations will result in the immediate removal of all offending listings. Depending on the severity and nature of the breach, PartsBazar360 reserves the right to impose temporary listing restrictions, suspend seller accounts, or initiate permanent termination. Where applicable, violations may be referred to the relevant UAE legal and regulatory authorities.
Applicable commission structures, platform fees, and payment disbursement schedules are communicated formally during the seller onboarding and registration process. All financial terms are subject to a binding seller agreement executed prior to account activation.
PartsBazar360 reserves the right to revise its fee structures at its discretion. Sellers will be provided with reasonable prior written notice of any material amendments to applicable charges or payment terms.
PartsBazar360 continuously monitors seller performance across the following key metrics:
Order fulfilment rates and dispatch timeliness.
Buyer feedback scores and satisfaction ratings.
Response times to buyer communications and support requests.
Return and refund rates attributable to seller error or product misrepresentation.
Sellers who consistently fail to meet the platform's established performance benchmarks may be subject to listing restrictions, reduced platform visibility, account suspension, or permanent termination, at the sole discretion of PartsBazar360.
To register as a seller on PartsBazar360, please visit the Start Selling page at partsbazar360.com and complete the formal application form. The following documentation and information will be required:
Full legal name or registered business name.
Valid contact telephone number and email address.
Business address and applicable UAE trade license documentation.
A description of the products and categories you intend to list.
All applications are reviewed by the PartsBazar360 onboarding team within 2 to 3 business days. Applicants will receive formal written notification of the outcome via their registered email address.
PartsBazar360 reserves the right to amend this Seller Policy periodically to reflect changes in operational procedures, platform requirements, or applicable legal obligations. All amendments are effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the seller platform following such amendments constitutes the Seller's acceptance of the revised terms.
